In the event of any issues, ensure your home circuit has a neutral wire, as the switch requires it for compatibility. Refer to the user manual for troubleshooting steps, such as using one of the three compatibility modes available on the app to address flashing light issues. During the wiring process, tighten the wire cap securely, as failure to do so may prevent the switch from receiving power, leading to malfunctions.

For successful app pairing, ensure it occurs in the 2.4 GHz network frequency band, as the switch doesn't support pairing in the 5 GHz frequency band. The switch must connect to the network within the specified 3-minute pairing time to avoid connection failure.
